REFUND POLICY

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pashyra The Beauté Studio, each appointment is reserved with intention and care. To maintain the quality of our services and respect the time of all clients, the following policies are in place.

Appointments & Grace Period

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

- Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in the appointment being canceled and treated as a no-show
- A new appointment will be required to continue services

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

- Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations or reschedules
- A $25 fee will be applied or retained

No-Shows & Late Cancellations (Brow Services)

For services such as waxing, tinting, henna, and brow lamination:

- A $25 fee is required for missed or late-canceled appointments
- This amount will be retained for a $25 service (for example, brow wax), and the appointment must be rebooked and paid again in full
- For higher-priced services, the $25 will be applied toward the total, with the remaining balance due at the next visit

Permanent Makeup (PMU) Appointments

Permanent makeup services require a non-refundable deposit:

- $100 deposit for initial appointments
- $50 deposit for touch-up appointments

Deposit Terms:

- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be transferred upon request
- Deposits are forfeited if:
- The appointment is canceled within 24 hours
- The client does not show
- The client arrives more than 15 minutes late
- The client changes their mind
